Penny Egan is the Executive Director of the Fullbright Commission. She was previously the Executive Director of the RSA for eight years, being the first woman to hold the post. She is also a trustee of the Campaign for Learning and a commissioner to the Creative Industries Commission for London. Her previous career in media relations included spells at 10 Downing Street and the Crafts Council. Penny became a Council Member in 1999.
