The Design Council and new media company 'arehaus' are to broadcast the Prime Minister live next Tuesday 14 December as part of a major new overhaul of the Design Council's popular website.

Tony Blair's announcement of the fifth and final tranche of Millennium Products will be the first major 'event' to feature on the new, revamped Design Council website - and several other popular sites.

A live relay of Mr Blair's speech at the Millennium Products event will go out between 10.30am - 11.30am on www.design-council.org.uk.

The webcast, for which viewers will need Real Player (full instructions are on the website), is being organised by CTN. It will also be available at:
