The Business Team are dedicated to inspiring their partners and the wider business audience to build their competitive edge using design as a key business tool, and by thinking about the factors which will influence the design of their organisations and products. The team do this by working with key partners and by sharing information, knowledge and practical tools.

Development Manager, SMEs - Kim Davies

Kim's responsibilities include improving the effectiveness of small businesses by developing and building new partnerships with SME intermediaries and by delivering design "know how" to SMEs through joint programmes and activities. |

Kirstine organises Business and Research Team activities and events and supports the team in their work with partners. She works directly with partner organisations and is responsible for a number of projects, including exhibitions and gathering and disseminating information. |
