Available to schools and universities alike, Ideaplay was designed with versatility in mind. Teaching staff will find that workshops can be easily integrated into any enterprise course, adapted for different age groups or tailored to suit a specific subject area as required.
Ideaplay trains budding entrepreneurs to observe everyday situations, find problems and solutions, assess their ideas collectively, and cooperate with their peers. With increased Government focus on teaching enterprise, Ideaplay is an ideal tool for bringing the spirit of entrepreneurship to life.
Using the Ideaplay story board, students are encouraged to identify the unmet needs of two fictional characters and suggest possible solutions to their problems. Working closely as part of a team, they follow a step-by-step design process – generating ideas, developing them and pitching their final proposition to fellow workshop participants.
