John Hollar chairs the Website Governance Board. This board has responsibility for website governance and accountability, providing organisational steer and 'big picture' thinking.

John Hollar is also a member of the Audit Committee. This committee aims to foster good control and scrutinises issues concerning risk, governance and any systems and processes that influence the effectiveness of the Design Council.
