Does the Design Council run awards? What other design awards are there?

Question 12 of 20

Each year the Design Council runs the Prince Philip Designers Prize which recognises a significant lifetime contribution to design. A group of eminent organisations including the Federation of Small Businesses, Engineering Council and Consumers Association are invited to submit nominees. James Dyson won the award in 1997, Martin Lambie Nairn was successful in 1998, and Professor Bill Hills in 1999.
